Effects of fasting on the body, healing benefits of fasting

الصوم مفيد للجسم

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace.

Fasting in Islam has a special place and a great rank for Muslims and Muslim women, it is considered an opportunity to promote oneself and refine morality for obscenities and denials, and an important occasion to train oneself, tame desires and heal bodies, hearts and souls.

Fasting is also considered a way to restrict bad tendencies, curb desires and abnormal tendencies and teach us the sense of others, thirst teaches patience and softens hearts Rays, hunger reminds oneself of the condition of hungry livers, poverty and others.

The cessation of the lust of the vulva cleanses the soul from its animal instincts and many physical diseases, for this he urged Islam to fast, as it elevates the spirit to the worlds of purity, purity, chastity, serenity and fear of the Almighty Creator.

Fasting derives its greatness and sanctity from being a secret between the slave and his Lord because God said (fasting for me and I reward it by Will), that everyone who had the best intention of garlic came out of it with a certificate of righteousness, and was one of the survivors in this world and the hereafter, God willing.

The importance of fasting for the body

Today we mention the fourth corner of the five pillars of Islam, which is an important corner that should not be played or left because of unacceptable things.

Surat Al-Baqarah verse 185 does not speak of fasting.

What is fasting and what is the blessed month of Ramadan

Fasting Ramadan is one of the pillars of Islam, and it is the two testimonies in establishing prayer, paying zakat, fasting Ramadan, and performing Hajj to the home for those who are able to.

And God has told that He wrote it on the believers of this Islamic nation, just as He wrote to the people before us, just as they sent prophets and messengers, and the Almighty said:

(O you who believe, they wrote to you a fast as it was. Surat Al-Baqara verse 185 In the Name of God, the Compassionate), the Merciful:

(The month of Ramadan, which was revealed in the Qur’an, is a guide for people and evidence of guidance and separation from you, it testifies to the month, so let him fast and whoever is sick or on him will travel for several more days, God willingGreat truth of God.

As it came in the Sunnah of the Messenger of God Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace:

On the authority of Ibn Omar al-Razi on their authority, God Almighty said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said:

 (Children of Islam Five:
testifying that there is no god but God and that Muhammad is the Messenger of God, establishing prayer, paying zakat, and performing the Hajj fasting Ramadan).

Whoever abandons fasting is lost, he left a pillar of Islam, and this is a major sin and mistake.

The benefits of fasting for the body

God Almighty said in Surat Al-Baqarah Verse 183:

(For people who believe in fasting is prescribed for you, as it was written for those before you You might be afraid.)

We conclude from the noble verse that fasting was before Islam, and God wrote it to the people 1400 years before the last revealed divine message.

The fast of the Prophet, the fast of God Noah, peace be upon him.
It was mentioned in the noble hadith on the authority of Ibn Majah that Prophet Noah, peace be upon him, used to fast the whole year except for the first day of Eid al-Fitr. -Eid al-Adha.

Islam came 1,400 years ago and imposed fasting Ramadan from 29 to 30 days every year.

A fasting person abstains from eating and drinking from sunrise to sunset.

Imposing the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace Fasting Mecca and Medina in the first year of migration, fasting Mondays and Thursdays every week, fasting six days of Shawwal, and day 9 in Arafah.

When did fasting begin and its history?

Fasting is known to require abstaining from eating and drinking for a certain period.

Fasting is defined as a general form of partial or total abstinence from all foods from sunrise to sunset, or only certain types of foods.

Fasting was only restricted to Muslims, but it became popular in the recent past and became known to non-Muslims because the results of healing mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and in the Sunnah of the Messenger of God Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, there are two types of fasting:

ما فائدة التمرين أثناء الصيام؟

Ruling on breaking the fast in Ramadan

God Almighty has imposed fasting on every adult and sane person, and it is permissible for him to have 5 types, which we mention:

  •  Menstruation, postpartum and childbirth:

Islam forbids fasting for a woman who has menstruated, or gave birth to myself, she is not entitled to fast, and she has to break the fast during the day in Ramadan to nourish her fetus and body, but after the postpartum period ends, she spends what you have to break her fast after the blessed month of Ramadan.

  •  Pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Islam forbids fasting on breastfeeding and pregnant women who fear the death of their son, who must feed and care for him for fear of illness and the loss of the fetus as for breastfeeding. Breakfast must be provided to provide milk for her son.

  •  Travel:

And that is because God Almighty says: (So who among you is sick or has traveled for other days). Great truth of God.

Glory be to God, breaking the fast for the fasting traveler, and at the time of the Messenger of God, Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, he was traveling on his feet and back, camels and animals were a difficult fasting, but today the distances have developed and become short, and a person travels comfortably.

  • Old age:

The scholars have agreed that it is permissible for the elderly man and the old woman to not fast during the day in Ramadan due to their disability and old age, if they are unable to fast on any day of the year for fear of sickness, but the ransom must be 60 poor feed for each day of the year.

Ramadan is for God Almighty to say (and for those who wronged him, poor food).

 5) Jihad for the sake of God:

Breaking the permissibility during war is the intensity of the heat and exhaustion in the war, may God bless the breakfast to strengthen the body and the ability to confront the enemy, but it is necessary to make up and fast after the blessed month of Ramadan.

Ruling on breaking the fast in Ramadan without excuse

The Messenger of God, Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, mentioned the blessing of those who break the fast intentionally during Ramadan, so he said:

(Then I set out, and then I was a people hanging by their thugs, their brothers were upset, their saliva dropping blood, so I said: Who are these? He said: Those who break their fast before breakfast)

The meaning of the hadith is that the Messenger of the Night of Isra and Mi'raj saw some people hanging by their necks, so he told them these tongues, Gabriel told him those who break their fast in Ramadan for no reason.

Ibn Taymiyyah, may God have mercy on him, said:
(Whoever breaks the fast intentionally without an excuse, breakfast is a major sin.)

From breaking the fast in Ramadan without an excuse, he must repent, seek forgiveness and pray so that God may forgive and decide what to break the fast or eat after the blessed Ramadan.

The benefits of fasting the body

Fasting has many benefits for the human body, discovered by many sciences, including what was mentioned 1400 years ago. Regenerates and strengthens the structure.

It increases immunity and patience, and stimulates the body to resist hunger and regenerate the red blood cells, and concludes with the flesh of sediments and yeasts harmful to the body, so the human mind becomes free only to worship and to leave all desires and sins for his saying, may God bless him and grant him peace (Quick, wake up).

In the blessed month of Ramadan, Muslims fast a whole month and every 10 days the body changes and cures from many diseases, but the first three or four days the body begins to get used to the secretion of beneficial enzymes. Body and health, in addition

Getting used to the body at specific eating times, that is, a lot of unhealthy eating and disorganization in the opposite way, and the matter turns into pain, troubles and harm if a person gets crowded in his stomach, and does not straighten out in his food and drink, which makes him sick with abundance and excessive obesity.

Scientists have confirmed that fasting for a period of 4 to 5 days helps the body get rid of toxins, diseases and microbes, while fasting for 30 days is the period for the entire renewal of the body's cells and red and white blood cells.

The benefit of fasting on oneself

The spiritual aspect of fasting is considered to be more powerful than the material side, because a person is equal in the blessed month of Ramadan or something else.

Fasting Mondays and Thursdays, and fasting in general, leaves a beautiful and positive effect In the psyche of the man.

He raises his fear and fear of God in secret with himself or openly with people.

When fasting, a person abandons all worldly desires, abandons delicious eating and drinking water from sunrise to sunset, obedience to God and fear of Him. God Almighty said:

(For those who are afraid when a group of the devil touches them, remember their permission for Mushroun) (Al-A'raf / 201)

That the servant is ashamed of God, knowing that he watches him and approaches him and knows what he is whispering to him, that a person’s soul improves in Ramadan or in his fasting, he knows that his reward for God Almighty will change him.

Poor temperament and feel hungry, correct, recites the Holy Quran, that good slave becomes rational piety.

Fasting is part of the pillars of Islam, where the goodness is in our bodies or in ourselves. Fasting is the zakat of the soul for our sins, may God bless us and have mercy on us.

In the end, we can not say that fasting is health and forgiveness and forgiveness and guidance to the right way, God willing, as the reward without account for his saying in the holy hadith:

(All the work of the son of Adam has except fasting, it is mine and I reward it.).

One of the virtues of fasting is that the smell emanating from the mouth of the fasting person, as a result of the absence of food, is kinder to God than the wind of Musk, because it is a consequence of worship, obedience and closeness to God.
